Article 1 (Purpose)

4. Marketing and advertising

5. Providing gender-based customized search and recommendation functions (necessary to provide search results tailored to users' preferences.)

6. Improvement of gender-based community and social functions (provides a more suitable matching and browsing environment depending on the user's gender.)

7. Purpose stipulated in other laws and regulations

8. Utilizing AI dialogue content for improving service quality and analyzing errors

9. Keeping chat records to prevent illegal acts and resolve disputes.

Article 4 (Period of retention and use of personal information)

The company will destroy the personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using the personal information has been achieved. However, if it is necessary to preserve the information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, it will be retained for the period specified in those laws and regulations.

• Conversation content (chat and AI conversation): It will be stored and destroyed after a maximum of 6 months for the purpose of improving service quality and resolving disputes. However, if there is a legal dispute or a complaint received, it may be stored until the processing of the request is completed.

Article 5 (Provision of personal information to third parties)

The company does not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the user. However, the following cases are exceptions.
